Frequently Asked Questions

Helpful answers about WeWed coaching, communication support, community conversations, and what to expect before booking.

What is relational prevention?

+

Relational prevention is the practice of building healthier communication habits before stress, silence, resentment, or confusion turns into a bigger issue.

It helps individuals, singles, dating partners, and couples recognize patterns early, set clearer expectations, express needs with care, and create healthier ways to connect.

The goal is not to wait until everything feels broken. The goal is to build the tools, awareness, and habits that help protect the relationships and connections that matter most.

How many sessions are recommended?

+
Coach Lovey recommends starting with a 6-session package. This provides enough time to identify recurring conflict loops, establish healthy routines, and build habits that ensure long-term stability and connection.

Can individuals book coaching sessions?

+

Yes. Individual coaching is available for people who want support with communication, self-awareness, dating patterns, relationship expectations, emotional reactions, and personal clarity.

These sessions can help you understand your communication style, prepare for healthier dating, practice difficult conversations, sort through relationship confusion, recognize patterns that keep repeating, and create simple habits that prevent stress from spilling into your connections.

Individual coaching is not only for people in relationships. It is also for singles, people dating, people who are divorced, widowed, healing from a past connection, or anyone who wants to understand themselves better before building with someone else.

How do intentional communication groups work?

+

Intentional Communication Groups are guided weekly online sessions led by Coach Lovey. Each group creates a low-pressure space where you can listen, share, ask questions, and learn from others who are navigating different stages of life, dating, personal growth, and relationships.

Each session focuses on practical communication topics such as repeated patterns, relationship expectations, difficult conversations, listening without reacting, speaking with more clarity, and preventing stress from spilling into your connections.

You can participate, ask questions, or simply listen and take what applies to your life. The goal is to leave with more perspective, better language, and simple tools you can actually use outside of the group.

What if my partner does not want to attend?

+

You can still begin with individual coaching. One person gaining clarity, learning better language, and changing how they show up in conversations can still make a difference in how those conversations unfold.

Individual coaching can help you prepare for difficult conversations, understand repeated patterns, and decide what you need moving forward.

Do you accept insurance?

+

Unfortunately, at this time, WeWed does not accept insurance and does not bill insurance companies.

WeWed services are coaching-based, educational, and preventative. They are not therapy, counseling, mental health treatment, or medical care, so they are not covered or billed the same way clinical services may be.

Payment is handled directly through WeWed at the time of booking.

Are sessions online or in person?

+

Yes. WeWed offers coaching through Zoom and in person when available.

Zoom sessions make it easy to meet from wherever you are, while in-person sessions may be available depending on location, scheduling, and distance.

For longer-distance in-person appointments, a mileage or travel fee may apply.
